Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return and refund.

Return conditions

The work must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and unaltered. The item must be returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

Return procedure

Contact us at info@studioguimond.com with your order number to initiate the procedure. Once the return has been approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 5 to 10 working days of receipt and validation of the condition of the artwork. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If the artwork arrives damaged on return, a partial refund or refusal of refund may be applied.

Exceptions

Personalized items, special orders or framed works on request are non-refundable, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.
